Jonathan Anderson Appointed Creative Director of Dior Men

Jonathan Anderson has been appointed as the new creative director of Dior Men, succeeding Kim Jones, who stepped down in January 2025. The announcement was made by Bernard Arnault, chairman and CEO of LVMH, at the company's annual general meeting.

Anderson, a Northern Irish designer, is renowned for his avant-garde and androgynous designs. He has spent 11 years transforming Loewe into a prominent global luxury brand. Under his leadership, Loewe's annual revenue grew from €230 million in 2014 to €1.1 billion in 2024. His tenure at Loewe was marked by innovative designs, including the iconic Puzzle Bag, and collaborations with artists and celebrities

Born in Magherafelt, County Londonderry, Anderson began his career in fashion after studying at the London College of Fashion. He launched his own label, JW Anderson, in 2008, and has also collaborated with brands like Uniqlo. In 2024, he was named Designer of the Year at the London Fashion Awards and appeared on Time magazine’s list of "most influential people."

Anderson's appointment to Dior Men is seen as a significant move in the fashion industry. His first collection for Dior Men, the Summer 2026 menswear line, is scheduled to debut on June 27 in Paris. Industry insiders are eager to see how his distinctive creative vision will influence Dior's menswear.
